It was so hit and miss. We had two nice interactions with reception, a lovely man when we first checked in, and then a nice lady the night before we left, and one nice lady in the restaurant for breakfast, but everyone else was miserable. In 4 days we only asked for our room to be cleaned once, and got back to discover it hadn’t been done. The fact that hot breakfasts had to be ordered was very frustrating and made it so much less enjoyable, and the continental breakfast was stale, and missing so many items (no croissants, no flavoured yogurts, limited fruit and juices). Other than that it was a fairly standard Premier Inn stay, but it was just disappointing in comparison to Salisbury which was outstanding.

Very disapppointing - woeful level of communication from staff. Reception booked us a table in the restaurant, but when we arrived there was no record of the booking. We waited, and were lucky to get a cancellation 1 hour later than our 'booked' time. Complained to reception who said there had been 'so much going off' they hadn't been able to let us know. In my view they couldn't be be bothered - my room was four doors from reception and they had my mobile no. Have submitted a complaint to Guest Relations and received a generic, complacent fob-off. Am continuing to pursue my complaint.

We have stayed at many Premier Inn's in the past and always received polite and helpful hospitality, however cannot say the same for this establishment. We had previously requested a late book in as we were going to a wedding nearby and were advised this would be fine. Upon our arrival at 10.45pm on Saturday 12th October we spent twenty minutes and three rings on the desk bell trying to get the attention of someone to check us in. Finally a young lady and young lad appeared saying she had been showing him around. We were refused our payment of cash which we have never encountered before, causing inconvenience and we were told we had to vacate the premises by 10.00am the next morning. Actually on booking it stated 12.00 midday, which was pointed out then the lady changed her mind and said it was 11.00am, so which was it, who knows? On entry to the room it was like an ice box with the window having been left open obviously all day, taking virtually all night to get warm and comfortable. Only enough tea and coffee for one cup, we didn't bother to ask for more as didn't want to feel like a nuisance. Don't think I would stay at this particular Premier Inn again.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room, service, signal all good.
I did not stay to try breakfast so can not have an opinion and the car park is small, this is only the reason why i did not give 5 stars.

Need to update rooms with aircon or allow windows to open wider, rooms are just to warm.

This was a lovely premier inn we stayed at. It is only 30 mins away from home but we had a night with no children ( we have 5). It was within walking distance of ferry meadows which we walked to and had a picnic. Staff were lovely. Rooms were very clean and shower was newly installed. It doesn't have ac but do supply fans. But we didn't need it as we were cool enough.

Great location close to Ferry Meadows. Rooms can be too hot in the summer, no air conditioning. Starting to get expensive, £380 for 4 nights!

Super place and the staff were brilliant. Warren and Dawn were especially great. The place was clean, tide and made the experience very good. I would definitely use this place again for both business and pleasure. Recommend to anybody needing a good hotel at a good price.

We stayed her for my daughters graduation which was in Cambridge. We had an enjoyable stay. Excellent room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for places such as Cambridge, Lovely walks nearby Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here as we were meeting up with friends to playing the golf course next door. Having the pub next door as well meant we could dump the car in the Premier in car park and not move until we left. Beefeater pub was great good food good beer. The staff at the hotel and pub were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be doing it again soon.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. A little remote but with the Beefeater next door it was fine. The beds were comfy, rooms clean, shower pressure was good and staff very friendly
